Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Crop Flow offers a free trial period for new users. No payment is required during the trial. You can explore all features and cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Crop Flow to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we will process a full refund.

After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting us.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• No partial refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period.
• To cancel immediately, email us at gurdarshanschahal@gmail.com with subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will process it within 1 business day.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Crop Flow is a 100% digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Upon successful payment, access to the software subscription is activated instantly — there is no physical delivery, no courier, and no tracking number. All features are accessible immediately through your browser at cropflow.in.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• After 7 days from the date of payment
• For renewals where a reminder was sent in advance
• For accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at gurdarshanschahal@gmail.com with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
