Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Crop Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including firm owners and firm members (invited users).

2. Description of Service

Crop Flow is a SaaS platform for commission agencies (ਆੜਤੀਆਂ) to manage:

• Farmer registry and contact information
• Crop transactions, credit sales, and payment tracking
• Commission calculation and reporting
• PDF statement generation
• Multi-user firm member access

3. Account Registration

To use Crop Flow you must:

• Provide a valid email address and accurate firm information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to operate a commission agency business

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at gurdarshanschahal@gmail.com

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Crop Flow offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial:

• Your account enters a 3-day grace period before access is restricted
• Monthly plan: ₹400/month
• Annual plan: ₹3,999/year (save ~2 months)
• Payments are processed via PayU and are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent transaction or farmer data
• Attempt to access another firm's data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service without permission
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Crop Flow — farmer records, transactions, and firm information. We do not claim any rights to your data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you enter and for obtaining any necessary consents from farmers whose information you store in the platform.

7. Availability and Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crop Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Crop Flow, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, without refund. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, you may request a data export within 90 days before your data is permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
